Delivery & returns
All UK orders are posted 1st class signed for delivery. We aim for you to receive your order within 2-5 working days. If you have extenuating circumstances and require a parcel quicker please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All international orders are also sent signed for and we anticipate you will receive them in 7-10 working days if not before.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Coast + Capri. If you do want to return an item for any reason it must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving the item.
When returning your item, you must ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage in transit. You are responsible for the item until it has been received and inspected on its return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We are unable to accept returned items that have been used or damaged in anyway.
The cost of returning unwanted items is your responsibility. We strongly advise you to send items via a tracked postal service as we are unable to provide a refund where the item is not received by us.
Items that are returned and received by us after the 14 day return period will not be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Personalised orders are non-returnable.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Coast + Capri Ltd, 259 Springfield Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 7RA, UK.
We work carefully to ensure that all our items are delivered in the safest possible way and that they arrive to you in perfect condition. In the event that your item has arrived damaged or if there is an error with the item you have received, please email us within 3 days of receipt to advise. We will contact you to discuss replacement of the item or component part. We cannot accept responsibility of damages after 3 days from date of delivery.
Once an item has been received and inspected, we aim to process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Refunds are made using the same method of payment as used at the time of purchase.
